For a growing number of Alberta farmers, less carbon is quickly becoming more money in the province’s fledgling carbon trading market.

“I didn’t even know that this stuff can happen. It’s just a bonus,” Edward Waldner of the Wild Rose Hutterite colony says of the carbon trading cash they receive.
